Everything you need to know to sell successfully on Maison Sale
Getting Started
Sign up for a free account and complete your profile. Add a profile photo and bio to build trust with buyers. You'll need to verify your phone number and email before listing your first item.
Listing Your Item
Go to + Sell in the navigation. Choose your category and sub-category, then fill in the item details. The more information you provide, the faster your item will sell.
Photos & Condition
Use natural light and a clean background. Take at least 5 photos including front, back, close-ups of any defects, and tags or labels. Honest condition descriptions build trust and reduce returns.
Pricing Tips
Research similar sold items to price competitively. Enable "Open to Negotiation" if you're flexible. Auction mode works well for high-demand or rare items.
Getting Paid
Maison Sale charges a 15% platform fee when your item sells. Your earnings are credited to your wallet as soon as the delivery is confirmed, and you can withdraw to your bank account at any time — transfers take 1–3 business days.
