How do I know if an item is authentic?

All sellers are verified by our team. Items over SAR 5,000 go through our Riyadh Hub for authentication before delivery.

What happens if I receive a wrong or fake item?

You are fully protected. Report within 48 hours and receive a full refund. Your money is held in escrow until you confirm delivery.

How does the Trade feature work?

Select an item you want, choose "Offer Trade", then pick your item to trade. Both ship to our Riyadh Hub for inspection, then are exchanged.

Can I cancel an order after placing it?

Regular orders can be cancelled within 1 hour. Auction wins and Trade agreements cannot be cancelled after confirmation.

How long does shipping take?

Standard: 3–5 business days. Express: 1–2 business days. Riyadh Hub items add 2–4 days for authentication.

What payment methods are accepted?

Mada, STC Pay, Tabby, Tamara, PayTabs, Apple Pay and cards (Visa, Mastercard). All transactions are secured and encrypted, and sellers pay a 15% platform fee on each sale.
