You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be in the same condition as received. Report issues within 48 hours of delivery.

Item not as described · Counterfeit or fake item · Wrong item received · Item arrived damaged · Seller misrepresented condition
Not Eligible for Return
Change of mind · Size issues (check the size guide before buying) · Items marked "Final Sale" · Auction items (unless not as described)
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method or your Maison Sale wallet.
How to Request a Return
Go to My Orders → select the order → Request Return → choose a reason → upload photos if needed → submit. Our team reviews within 24 hours.
